Objectives

With this project, GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship aimed to systematically strengthen internationalisation and expand opportunities for our students and staff to engage in the international academic environment. Our main objective was to enhance the quality of studies and training by integrating international experiences that foster personal and professional growth, the acquisition of new skills, and greater competitiveness in the labour market. The project was firmly based on the values of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education, focusing on inclusion, equal opportunities, recognition of learning outcomes, and the assurance of high-quality standards. Special attention was given to the participation of students with fewer opportunities, as we strongly believe that mobility should not be a privilege but an opportunity for all. We also promoted sustainable forms of travel and the strengthening of digital competences, thus aligning with European priorities for the green and digital transition. The project sought to consolidate long-term partnerships with international higher education institutions, increase the visibility of our faculty within the European Higher Education Area, and foster new forms of cooperation, such as intensive programmes and short-term mobilities tailored to working students.
