With this project, we aimed for active involvement in the European mobility system. Our goal was to increase the number of mobilities and to provide students and staff with opportunities to participate in international mobilities, thereby gaining access to additional education and training. At the same time, we wanted to enable them to become familiar with foreign education systems and international educational trends. We aim to provide students with opportunities for both study and traineeship mobilities. In addition to long-term mobilities, we also wanted to offer short-term mobility options. As a small institution with technically oriented students, we introduced short-term mobilities specifically to give students the chance to experience Erasmus+ for the first time and to encourage them to consider participating in long-term mobilities in the future. Under the 2023 project year, we followed the guidelines by maintaining existing partnerships with foreign institutions while also establishing new connections. Our strategy focused on strengthening ties with the republics of the former Yugoslavia, which we have already begun to implement in previous years. In the future, we plan to expand cooperation with institutions related to our two study programs. We will certainly continue to encourage short-term mobilities and promote participation in Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs). Our institution has already implemented two BIP programmes in 2024 and 2025.
