The main aim of this project was to deliver qualitative and quantitative progress across all areas of B2 Ljubljana School of Business (hereinafter: B2). These outcomes were achieved through the following long- and short-term goals of E+ mobility: - enhancing teaching quality across partner institutions, with emphasis on curriculum internationalisation (IoC) and alignment with current priorities such as digitalisation, sustainability, inclusion, and equal access; - expanding and improving research and project activities at B2 and partner KA131 institutions at both national and international levels; - strengthening participants’ professional expertise and soft skills and transferring these competences into wider academic and professional environments; - increasing the visibility and INT impact of partner institutions and participants beyond the scope of this project; - delivering all planned mobilities while ensuring efficient and responsible use of E+ project funds... The project objectives were defined from multiple perspectives: 1) INDIVIDUAL DIMENSION: - STUDENTS – STUDY: gaining academic, linguistic, and cultural benefits through study abroad, interaction with international peers and faculty, and sharing experiences at home (Internationalisation at Home – IaH). Developing globally aware, practically experienced young professionals ready to become future experts; building international and intercultural skills that enhance employability; raising awareness of how cultural and environmental contexts shape their professional field (curriculum internationalisation). - STAFF – TEACHING: exchanging expertise and teaching practices abroad, while revising and enriching the home curriculum through international experience (curriculum internationalisation). Expanding course content with global perspectives and strengthening international collaboration in research, projects, and publications. - STAFF – TRAINING: acquiring new knowledge and skills abroad through proven professional methods and practices. Enhancing cooperation among partner institutions by initiating and advancing joint projects and activities. 2) INSTITUTIONAL DIMENSION: The project strengthened international cooperation among partner institutions in teaching, research, and project work. It enhanced B2’s reputation and visibility in the wider academic and professional community through project and research outputs. It also reinforced B2’s global engagement and recognition, while ensuring all approved mobilities were carried out and project funds efficiently used. 3) LOCAL/NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION: Project results, impacts, and visibility were broadly disseminated beyond partner institutions, as B2 actively integrates and links multiple projects into shared activities (KA131, KA171, Jean Monnet, international conferences, etc.), reaching local, national, and international levels. It further increased recognition of B2 and its E+ partners within the wider European and global arena. Through this project, we furthered the objectives of B2’s Internationalisation Strategy, aligned with Slovenia’s national priorities in higher education internationalisation, the European Education Area, the B2 Erasmus Inclusion and Diversity Plan, and the B2 Erasmus Promotion and Dissemination Plan. The project supported key goals: - expanding student and staff mobility at B2 and partner institutions; - strengthening B2’s international research and project cooperation; - building intercultural and other soft and professional competences among students and staff through IaH and IoC, involving both mobile and non-mobile groups; - focusing on priority regions, especially the EU and wider Europe; - fostering participation of candidates from underrepresented groups, as defined in the B2 Inclusion Plan; - promoting and disseminating Erasmus and other INT activities to reinforce B2’s and partners’ international dimension. Based on the annual self-evaluation reports prepared at B2 as part of our quality assurance processes, an action plan is developed each year that also covers internationalisation. Within this project, several of the identified objectives were addressed: - expanding the number of inter-institutional agreements (IIAs), with priority given to partnerships in Western Europe; - strengthening and upgrading existing Erasmus+ collaborations with related institutions, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe; - implementing the principles of Erasmus Without Paper (EWP), - integrating contemporary themes such as digitalisation, sustainability, inclusion, equal opportunities into international activities; - increasing international publishing output; - co-organising international conferences and events, - encouraging B2 staff to actively participate in global academic events; - submitting international project applications in partnership with foreign institutions; - embedding curriculum internationalisation into study programmes.
