The project aimed to promote and support the international mobility of students, teachers, and staff in higher education through Erasmus+ mobilities. By enabling participants to study, teach, or train abroad, the project sought to enhance their academic, professional, and personal skills. Key objectives included improving language proficiency, fostering intercultural understanding, and increasing adaptability—factors that contribute to greater employability.
