With this project, we aimed to broaden the understanding of the modern world, develop professional and key competencies, and enhance the general and intercultural awareness of students and staff. We pursued the strengthening of values, citizenship, and EU identity, while establishing international business and personal networks to improve employment opportunities (both domestically and abroad) and support personal development. Participants develop social and communication skills, personal traits, and motivation. They improve their ICT competencies and gain exposure to foreign technologies. Students become more aware of the purpose of their studies, which increases their interest in lifelong learning and encourages them to explore their own learning paths. In this way, the project supports their personal growth and enhances their ability to integrate into society and the workforce. Lecturers upgrade their professional knowledge and competencies, compare curricula, teaching methods, practical training, and work-based learning. Teacher mobility results in more relevant teaching and contributes to a better understanding of qualification frameworks. The project team strengthens methods and tools for project and teamwork. Mobility serves as a compelling promotional asset for ŠCL, making students more attractive to employers. Lecturers transfer the knowledge and experience gained through mobility to the entire teaching staff, thereby contributing to the development of ŠCL.
