With the project, we wanted to follow the goal we set ourselves to develop a broad international network that operates in the field of our education. The development of comparable tertiary education programs is an indirect goal that we can pursue through the expansion of the network. Employees share their international mobility and the network they established during the mobility with other employees (formally - presentation in the lecture hall) and mostly informally. The goal of each employee mobility is to transfer their experiences to improve their own pedagogical and development work and contribute to the general development of the stroke and the college. Students present their mobility in the lecture hall of their colleague, and they also present them on various occasions when all students at the school gather. In individual mobility, we follow the direct training of the individual in their specific professional field. In the field of organized mobility, in addition to the above, we also place great emphasis on the general development goal of the College of Rural Management Grm Novo mesto.
