The faculty's goal in the project was to increase knowledge and competences, which leads to better quality work and greater competitiveness in the (international) employment market. An important goal was also to acquire knowledge to achieve improvements in the national space, both in the field of education and in practice. The goal of the project was to develop the institution and individuals, therefore the faculty ensures the project inclusion of all individuals, regardless of gender, race or nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. The main results of the mobility project are new professional knowledge acquired at foreign institutions, experience related to work abroad and experience related to the personal growth of the individual in a different cultural environment, maintaining, deepening and forming contacts with foreign partners. In addition, individuals highlight learning a foreign language (English). With the outgoing and incoming mobility of individuals within the project, the entire FZAB institution gains. Long-term participation in the project represents an indispensable aspect and opportunity for the development of the faculty and all individuals who do not decide to go abroad. The knowledge and experience of those who have experience abroad and Erasmus visits of students, teachers and staff from abroad are transferred to all individuals within the faculty in a planned manner. The national context is upgraded, students and employees experience new ways of education and transferring knowledge into practice. Connecting the national and international gives new quality. With the project, the faculty wanted to achieve the readiness of employees and students for new experiences and an opening of the mind and mentality to learn about the diversity of cultures, practices and people, and thus enable the acceptance of these diversities.
