VSR College of Accounting and Finance aims to increase and multiply opportunities for the transfer of knowledge, skills, teaching methods, entrepreneurship, and good and sustainable practices in the fields of accounting, finance and forensic accounting, where there is a demand for highly qualified professionals in an international and multidisciplinary environment. The Key Action 1 project, which we implemented between June 2023 and July 2025, has made a significant contribution to the fulfilment of this mission as a tool for implementing institutional strategic objectives and EPS objectives. With it, we achieved most of the relevant defined implementation indicators for this period (number of mobilities, types of mobilities, number of partners, participant satisfaction, infrastructure quality) and succeeded in multiplying the effects of the parallel Key Action 2 project (S.O.S. International Business). Based on new knowledge and feedback from the activities of this (2023–2025) and the previous KA1 project (2020–2023) and the KA2 project (2021–2024), we have also managed to upgrade the institutional strategic objectives in the institution's new strategic plan (2025–29). During the specified period, the project co-financed individual international mobility of students and staff and VSR international office. This enabled the achievement of results and effects on individuals –specifically on their personal, educational, professional, and career development, and on the institutional level – an increase in the flow of knowledge and skills, the upgrading of teaching methods, the pursuit of strategic goals to strengthen internationalization at home, combined short-term mobility for study, and creating conditions for new international cooperation. By uprading and maintaining the support infrastructure for activities within the project, we have improved the working processes and international capacity of the institution, as we have strengthened the knowledge, capacities, and materials to achieve quality in the international activities of individuals, expanded the international recognition of the institution, and disseminated the results of the KA2 project, which provide an environment for new international cooperation and activities. We also expanded and consolidated our network of partnerships, upgraded our promotional activities, and strengthened the visibility of the Erasmus+ program among our target groups.
