Youth Exchanges and Youth Workers Exchanges are part of our strategy, and for the first time in 2023, we have implemented them as an activity in this form, supported by European funding. Our primary target audience is young people aged between 17 and 30, so they match the age group of the participants in the youth exchanges; our partners are organisations working with this target population and have been selected for the youth worker exchanges. The main objectives were to mobilise and support individuals and organisations, to exchange experiences and opinions in the fields of youth work, European projects for the organisation of winter sports, taking into account the principle of sustainability, and to implement the strategic plan of the organisation, in particular to increase cooperation with partners; to support educational activities and to integrate the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities.
