With the project, we wanted to effectively equip young people to adequately face everyday hardships and to be ready to help others, both directly and indirectly by disseminating information about what they have learned. Our aim was to encourage young people to be actively involved in society, to develop critical thinking and a sense of empathy, and to help them feel good about it. In addition, we have provided them with useful information on how to take care of a healthy mind in a healthy body, while maintaining respect for the environment.
