With this kind of project, we want to highlight the importance of motivating young people for a responsible and compassionate way of living, which requires a sufficient degree of empathy (towards oneself and others) and one's own calmness in achieving constructive changes in the world. This kind of attitude contributes to greater tolerance, inclusive behaviour and awareness of differences and the importance of a sensitive way of living while being considerate of the social and natural environment. Our work methodologies are based on mindful and somatic approaches, which help to strengthen the holistic development of human potential and, as a result, a professional attitude that gives young people an example of a responsible person. With the project we want to: - Raise awareness of the importance of mindfulness and somatic practices in the everyday life of a young person. - Support young people in taking care of their mental health. - Support youth workers to strengthen their own competences in dealing with stress - Equip youth workers and young people with listening skills, as well as with our own somatic and psychological orientation, so that we can hear others as well as ourselves. - Get to know and experience various somatic and movement methods that help in establishing of one's own regulation for developing higher tolerance. If we get to know the silence, this enables us to understand the noise that we produce in the world, as well as the noise which comes into us from the surroundings. Inner silence enables us to make our decisions in a responsible manner and at the same time take into account our impact on fellow humans and nature. This kind of attitude contributes to solidarity, inclusion and equality.
