The project aimed to create a new module for the implementation of the Active Citizenship thematic strand for 500 students in 7 secondary schools. The module aimed to empower young people to understand their active role in the labour market and equip them with the skills for successful social participation at all levels of life. We intended to further improve the module after the evaluation with the students and to continue to implement it in secondary schools after the end of the project. We wanted to encourage young people to make recommendations for the implementation of Active Citizenship content in their schools through critical thinking and reasoned expression of opinions, and equip them with the skills to communicate recommendations to decision-makers. Throughout the project, we intended to encourage young trade union activists to acquire new and upgrade existing competences, especially in the areas of labour market and project management. management, in order to strengthen our own human resources capacities.
