The goal of the project was to improve the access of disadvantaged citizens to quality career counseling(hereafter KP)and strengthen their opportunities on the labor market.The project allowed us to strengthen the internal capacities of experts in the field of KP so that services could be better provided and adapted to the target groups.We also created partnerships and networks to the organization,which allowed us to improve the effectiveness of our work and the sharing of good practices
