The project aimed to help SKKE students verify the requirements set by renowned schools and artistic organizations for conservatory graduates. In selected host organizations, students had the opportunity to improve their professional skills, strengthen key competencies, enhance competitiveness in academia and the job market, and develop psychological resilience. An added value was strengthening of the European educational dimension at SKKE and active participation in the E+ network.
The project aligned with SKKE's strategy to enhance graduates' competitiveness at home and abroad. It addressed the need to prepare students for academic and professional platforms at home and abroad. Internships in top organizations gave them valuable experience and a global outlook, boosting their growth and competitiveness. Additionally, it fostered innovation in SKKE’s educational process and teaching methods, enriching the overall learning experience.
