Objectives

Through the implementation of this project, we aim to primarily address the needs of our school. One of the goals is to innovate the barber curriculum. Additionally, we aim to increase the employability of our students in the job market, boost the motivation of current students to seek employment in this field after completing their studies, and attract more students from elementary schools to this profession. Furthermore, investing in education is also intended to motivate our educators. Another project goal is to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of our students who will be undertaking internships in Italian businesses. This is intended to improve their employability and motivation to remain in their chosen profession. Another goal is for the students to acquire basic communication skills in English for interacting with customers. Lastly, the goal is to establish initial contacts with organizations in Italy.

Background

The field of beauty care services is a dynamically developing industry where new technologies and trends are constantly emerging. The school needs to educate students who possess the latest knowledge and skills in their field. This need also applies to the educators themselves, who should be agents of change and ensure the relevance and currency of the curriculum. We are submitting this project because we expect it to contribute to meeting the school's needs. Thanks to the opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ project, we would like to establish initial contacts with organizations in Italy, which is a leader in the beauty services industry, and allow our students to carry out professional internships in this country to learn about their potential career opportunities in the EU and to discover the latest trends and technologies in their field. With the Erasmus+ project, we would especially like to motivate students and educators and enhance the school's prestige.
