Erasmus+ is one of the most important exchange programmes at the Slovak Technical University (STU). The aim of the project was to support the mobility of students and staff of the Slovak University of Technology through the Erasmus+ programme. We wanted to develop students' soft skills to improve their adaptability, intercultural competences and language skills, as well as to strengthen their self-confidence in their own abilities. This experience will enable them to enter the labour market more quickly and successfully. In the case of staff mobility, we have focused on improving university networking, enhancing the quality of teaching and creating new opportunities for joint research projects. In this way, the project contributes to international cooperation and the long-term development of the academic environment.
