The aim of this project was, in line with the internationalization strategy of PEVŠ, to implement as many mobilities as possible and thus support the growing trend. Interest among students in mobility programs in Europe is generally declining; they are more interested in mobility programs outside the EU, which, however, we can only finance to a limited extent. Interest in mobility among teachers and staff remains high, and the trend is increasing every year. We are seeing the same interest among incoming students. The aim of this project was to focus on graduates and support them in their transition to the labor market by completing an internship abroad. In the case of students, our long-term goal is to develop their intercultural competencies, soft skills, active use of a foreign language, and international experience as such. In the case of teachers and staff, we focus on acquiring and transferring experience from good practice, creating new foreign contacts and partnerships, and using them in teaching and research.
