The project focuses on improving the quality and appeal of study programmes, providing students with deeper knowledge and practical skills. These competencies subsequently support their further education and open up new career opportunities. The project also fosters the development of essential professional skills, particularly in the areas of university internationalisation and teaching in English. A key component of the project is the opportunity for participants to gain experience studying abroad, working in international teams, and strengthening their European identity. The project contributes to enhancing the quality of education and research at the university through improved internationalisation and deeper collaboration within the ENLIGHT alliance. The university has set the following long-term objectives in relation with the project: - Increase the involvement of university departments in international academic mobility programmes. - Actively promote study opportunities at the university both domestically and abroad. - Create conditions for studying in foreign languages, particularly in English. - Collaborate on the development of joint, primarily doctoral, study programmes with prestigious international universities. - Develop membership in significant international academic organisations.
