Through the implementation of the KA131 project, we pursued several strategic objectives. Our primary aim was to support students and staff of the Technical University in Zvolen in acquiring professional, linguistic, and intercultural experience through international mobility. The project was focused on strengthening the internationalization of the university, connecting TUZVO with the European Education Area, and creating conditions for the personal and professional growth of participants. The objective was to contribute to increasing the employability of graduates, to developing their soft skills, and to fostering active European citizenship. In the case of students, our effort was directed towards increasing the number of study periods abroad and enhancing their language competences, particularly in English. For staff members, the aim was to acquire new knowledge and experience that would contribute to improving the quality of teaching, research, and professional activities at the university. The project was therefore oriented towards developing international networks, supporting the transfer of knowledge, and enhancing the overall quality of the educational process at TUZVO, while the overarching goal was to actively participate in building an open, inclusive, and sustainable European Education Area.
