Objectives

Our goal was to transform entrepreneurship education by integrating gender sensitivity, innovation, and social responsibility into vocational training. We aimed to: 1. Raise awareness of gender-specific challenges, equipping 55,000 students and 120 teachers with the skills and tools to address these issues. 2. Introduce innovative, gamified learning methods, such as a board game and gender-sensitive toolkits, to foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. 3. Empower future entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to design businesses that tackle gender-related issues, prioritizing inclusion and equity over profit. 4. Enhance the teaching capacities of educators, ensuring they can create inclusive and dynamic learning environments. By achieving these objectives, the project aimed to inspire a new generation of socially responsible leaders capable of driving positive societal change and ensuring education actively contributes to a fairer and more inclusive world. Background

We applied for this project to address the lack of gender sensitivity in entrepreneurship education and its failure to prepare students for addressing real societal challenges. Traditional methods focus on business mechanics, neglecting inclusion, social responsibility, and critical thinking. Women continue to face barriers like unequal access to networks, funding, and leadership roles. This project aimed to fill these gaps by introducing innovative tools like a gamified board game and gender-sensitive toolkits. These resources empower students, teachers, and unemployed women to identify and tackle gender-specific challenges while fostering creativity, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial mindset. By integrating values of inclusion and sustainability, the project enhances education's role in creating socially responsible leaders, building an equitable society, and reshaping entrepreneurship education globally.
