The aim of the project was to support active citizenship, inclusion, cultural awareness, mental health, and skills development among young people and youth workers through six diverse activities in an international environment. The project focused on non-formal education, intergenerational learning, international exchange of experiences, experiential learning, and participation, while emphasizing the strengthening of European values, cooperation, and understanding across cultures and countries. Project objectives: Create inclusive environments for young people, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds; reduce prejudice and stereotypes; promote mutual respect and the inclusion of diverse groups. Strengthen young people's awareness of their right to participate in decision-making processes, encourage participatory collaboration with local communities and municipalities, and develop responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills. Improve the mental and physical well-being of young people and youth workers by promoting wellbeing and mental hygiene through practical stress management techniques, strengthening emotional skills, and creating safe spaces for sharing and self-reflection. Preserve and share cultural heritage and traditional crafts through experiential learning, support intercultural dialogue, enhance cultural awareness, creativity, and teamwork in international groups, and foster respect for tradition, culture, and heritage. Strengthen the competences of youth workers by developing their professional skills, emotional resilience, ability to handle challenging situations when working with young people, and sharing effective methods of non-formal education to support their professional growth. Promote international cooperation and networking by creating a platform for exchanging best practices, experiences, and know-how among organizations from different countries, strengthening cross-border cooperation, and building long-term partnerships for future joint initiatives under the Erasmus+ programme. Utilize non-formal and experiential learning methods such as "learning by doing", art therapy, practical workshops, discussions, teamwork, and creative activities to develop soft skills, self-realization, and a strong sense of European identity.
