Objectives

The project had several key objectives and aspirations that guided its implementation. Here are the primary goals and objectives: With this project the main goal was to explore methods of wellbeing that could help in our daily lives and to create new healthy habits we could implement. 1.Broadening Knowledge and Horizons: The project aimed to expand the knowledge of young participants on various subjects and open their minds to new ideas and perspectives. It sought to provide an educational experience that transcended traditional classroom learning. 2. To gain new specific tools on how to properly maintain well-being, for example through meditation, exercise, mindful eating, listening to music, tips on how to slow down, to actually move on, how to realize what we have and be grateful for that, what it means to love yourself and others, why to show people kindness, and where to reach for help during emotional onslaught. All these aspects and research were done through active participation of participants in all project phases. 3. Intercultural Exchange: A fundamental objective was to facilitate meaningful intercultural exchange. By bringing together participants from different countries and backgrounds, the project aimed to promote mutual understanding, cultural awareness, and global citizenship. To gain new and improve key competences. In this sense, to learn how to reduce using or how to use social media beneficially (as well as to realize that social media isn't real life, and learn how to use it properly, how to achieve balance and benefit from social media, what is procrastination, why to love yourself even if you "don't have a perfect life like others on Instagram," what that means in terms of social pressure of social media, and how to be able to disconnect). Therefore, to create an action plan with 10 steps which will include tips on managing the issues mentioned above. 4.The project sought to employ non-formal education techniques to encourage experiential and practical learning. This approach was designed to make the learning process engaging, interactive, and memorable. 5.Recognizing the importance of both physical and mental health, the project aimed to incorporate activities like yoga, hiking, and discussions on mental health. The goal was to equip young participants with tools to manage stress, enhance their well-being, and address common mental health challenges 6.A central objective was to empower young participants by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and experiences that would contribute to their personal growth, self-esteem, and happiness. The project encouraged participants to recognize their potential and the value of self-improvement. 7.The project emphasized that the benefits of physical and mental well-being are not short-term gains but long-term processes. Participants were encouraged to see their personal growth as an ongoing journey and make continuous efforts to improve themselves. 8.To spread awareness about mental health/well-being among other youngsters by creating online blogs and brochures that contain useful tips from participants, how they usually release stress, how they work on themselves to feel better, and where support can be found.
