Our project was based on the need to improve the quality of work with youth in organizations that are mostly based on the volunteer activities of youth leaders. They often lack concrete experience in the field of preparation and implementation of non-formal education programs. Therefore, on the basis of this identified need, we implemented a Czech-Slovak training in teaching skills for youth workers and youth leaders that are beginners in youth work. The main objective of this project was therefore to increase the competences of beginning youth workers and youth leaders in the preparation and management of non-formal education programs with young people. Specific objectives of the project: - Create a network of budding youth workers and youth leaders who will share their experiences and methods with each other. - To teach youth workers and youth leaders to use Bloom's taxonomy in the creation of educational programs. - To teach youth workers and youth leaders to define program objectives based on the needs of young people. - Create space for participants to verify their acquired competences directly in practice during the implementation of their created educational programs.
