The project offered an innovative approach to youth participation, which responded to current developments and concerns about the future. Through its format, it managed to engage also unstructured youth who are usually not involved in traditional participatory structures. Project objectives: - We introduced young people to the 21st-century skill of future literacy, which they had the opportunity to experience firsthand in order to reflect on how life in the Nitra region could be improved. - We analysed the outputs collected during the future-oriented workshops and communicated the needs and visions of the young generation to decision-makers. - We presented an innovative approach to supporting youth engagement to professionals, youth workers, and regional structures involved in youth policy and strategy.
