Background and Objectives The aim of the Rainbow Youth Platform project was to increase the participation of LGBTIQ+ youth and young people interested in improving the situation of LGBTIQ+ people in public life by developing civic and activist skills, building local engaged communities, and connecting them. Specific objectives of the project - to develop basic civic competencies in the field of LGBTI+ activism among 30 young people aged 15-30 - support the creation of at least 10 groups of young people seeking to improve the situation of LGBTI+ people, especially outside Bratislava, - create a network of 30 young people interested in getting involved and integrate them into the existing activist platform of Saplinq, - connect these young people with experienced activists.
