Objectives

The aim of the project was to support disadvantaged young people in entering the labor market and to improve their opportunities in education and vocational training. The project focused on young people with disabilities or those with limited opportunities, providing support in job searching, personal development, and self-assertion. Through the project, participants learned to use career counseling skills, digital tools, and techniques for creating products. They gained practical experience through icebreaker activities, workshops with guest experts, and role-playing activities, which helped them clarify their future goals and build self-confidence. The project also provided information and guidance on finding part-time jobs, communicating with potential employers, and presenting their work. Participants learned how to respond to job advertisements and gained valuable insights into employment opportunities through career counseling. An important outcome of the project was the creation of a website, which provides young people with access to information and advice on career counseling, supporting their independence, skill development, and successful integration into the labor market.
