By implementing this project, we aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team and partner organization in key areas like ability to lecture, 21st-century competencies, and psychological resilience. Through external training courses (TC), we sought to empower our representatives to apply their new skills by developing activities for young people (Practice Trials), improving the quality of our youth work and introducing innovative approaches. We also aimed to promote intercultural learning and foster European cooperation by exchanging knowledge with our Polish partner. This collaboration helped us discover different approaches to working with target groups and explore new methods in youth work. Moreover, we aimed to publicly promote topics which were included in the training courses for our audiences and relevant stakeholders along with promoting opportunities provided by the European Union and ERASMUS+ program. Additionally, we wanted to contribute to youth employability and active citizenship by equipping youth with the skills to improve career prospects. This project fostered mutual growth, learning, and innovation across both organizations while enhancing youth work at a European level.
We applied for this project because it directly addresses crucial areas of both personal and organizational development that align with our goals. The project’s focus on improving training skills, enhancing 21st-century competencies, and strengthening psychological resilience. This will enable us to grow as an organization and better support our members. By participating, we aim to acquire new knowledge and skills that we can actively apply in our youth work, thus contributing to the overall quality and innovation of our practices. Additionally, the project fosters international collaboration and intercultural learning, providing a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and methods with our partners from Poland. The emphasis on promoting entrepreneurship and supporting youth employability is also highly relevant to us, as we are committed to empowering young people and enhancing their employment opportunities. This project presented a unique opportunity for us to develop our capacities while contributing to the broader goals of improving the quality of youth work, promoting active citizenship and enrich our international aspect by jointly working with Polish partner exchanging best practices and growing together.
