The project outcomes significantly improved educational processes and project management within our institution. Master instructors enhanced their knowledge of project-based teaching, integrating it into the updated curriculum. The dropout rate among course participants was reduced to 20%. Erasmus+ project applications increased, and a KA210-YOU project was approved in 2024, receiving grant support. EU opportunities are now being utilized more efficiently and strategically.
The Kırıkkale Governorship is a public institution dedicated to enhancing the quality of education and youth services while supporting innovative teaching methods. This project is a key step in aligning with the institution's strategies, aiming to improve education quality and utilize international projects more effectively. It has contributed significantly to achieving these goals by developing knowledge and skills in project-based learning as well as European project design and management.
