With our project, we aimed to provide opportunities for educators to work effectively and with quality in adult education. With the project, we aimed to make the learning experiences of adult learners who focus on their personal development more efficient and effective. By increasing the competencies of educators, we ensured that they could better respond to the needs of adult learners. Thus, we aimed to increase the quality of education and improve learning processes in a modern effective way.
Our project, "The Role of Educators in Adult Education," has been developed to enhance the efficiency of learning activities for adults, which have been increasing rapidly. It emphasizes the importance of educators having knowledge not only in their areas of expertise but also about adult learning characteristics and processes. The project aims to contribute to the perspective that educators should conduct their teaching activities in light of this knowledge to maximize learning outcomes.
