It is aimed for our participants to develop their professional and individual competencies by doing an Erasmus+ internship in patient and elderly care. Thus, it is aimed to contribute to their employment and to benefit the development of their perspectives. In addition, it is aimed to increase our school collaborations, increase their preferability and benefit our education quality as a result of the development of in-school success with internship and on-the-job observation activities.
12 of our students, accompanied by 3 of our companions, performed an internship activity, and 3 of our teachers performed an on-the-job observation activity. The professional and individual competencies of our participants in European standards in patient and elderly care were developed, and European standards were examined through on-the-job observation, contributing to the quality of our school education.
