By implementing our project, we aimed to encourage our participants to pursue their professions, specialize by learning new methods and techniques, and enhance their competencies such as self-confidence, socialization, foreign language proficiency, and communication skills. We sought to ensure the adaptation of innovative and modern approaches by transferring the gains to our school and businesses. Additionally, we aimed to instill habits of regular work, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Our project has been implemented to introduce our apprentices, who can only develop within the limited capacities of their masters in the industrial environment and struggle to keep up with current technology and modern vocational training settings, to technological and innovative methods, provide linguistic support, broaden their horizons with a different perspective, and elevate our vocational field to European standards.
