The primary objective of this project is to enhance Adıyaman University's interaction with the European Higher Education Area, provide students and staff with international experience, and enhance the university's institutional capacity. As part of the Erasmus+ KA131-HED mobility program, students are provided with internship opportunities in European countries to enhance their professional skills and language proficiency. Furthermore, the project aims to contribute to the professional development of academic and administrative staff through international education and training mobility, share good practices, and encourage inter-institutional collaboration. The following objectives are specifically planned to be achieved: Students will be prepared for the labor market through international internships. Academic staff will develop their teaching experience and exchange knowledge with colleagues in Europe. Administrative staff will increase their institutional experience in international processes through educational mobility. Contribute to the digital transformation process by utilizing digital tools for mobility processes. The experience gained through the project is expected to significantly contribute to the university's internationalization vision in the long term.
