The main goal of the project was to enhance the quality and internationalisation of higher education by providing opportunities for students and staff to participate in learning, teaching, and training activities abroad. We aimed to support participants in gaining academic knowledge, developing key competences, and improving their language and intercultural skills. These experiences were designed to strengthen personal development, increase employability, and prepare individuals for a globalised job market. In addition, we aimed to foster stronger cooperation between higher education institutions across different countries. The project supported the exchange of innovative practices, improved teaching methods, and encouraged long-term partnerships that contribute to the modernisation of education systems. We also sought to promote inclusion and ensure that participants from all backgrounds had equal access to mobility opportunities. Ultimately, the project contributed to building a more cohesive, inclusive, and resilient European Education Area by promoting shared values, active citizenship, and sustainable growth.
