As KTO Karatay University, our primary goal was to provide both students and staff with the opportunity to gain education, professional experience, and intercultural competence abroad. Through the project, we aimed to encourage participants to discover European culture, take part in academic and training activities in a multicultural environment, develop self-confidence, and strengthen their foreign language skills. In addition, by involving both academic and administrative staff, we sought to increase the international visibility of our university, to observe the operations of higher education institutions in Europe, and to transfer good practices to our own institution. Another essential objective was to support the university’s internationalization strategy by increasing student and staff mobility, thus enhancing institutional recognition, capacity, and development. Ultimately, the project was designed not only to contribute to the personal and professional growth of participants but also to strengthen the international dimension and competitiveness of our university.
