The main objective of the project was to strengthen the internationalisation strategy of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences (SUBU) by enhancing academic mobility, intercultural competence, and institutional cooperation with European partners. Through Erasmus+ mobility allowed by this project, SUBU aimed to offer its students and staff the opportunity to acquire new skills in diverse cultural environments. The project also intended to improve the quality of teaching and learning, boost curriculum development, and establish sustainable bilateral relationships with higher education institutions and enterprises abroad. In parallel, the project supported SUBU’s commitment to European values such as inclusion, digital transformation, and green practices within mobility implementation. By increasing the volume and diversity of mobilities, the university sought to raise the overall international visibility and attractiveness of its educational programmes and contribute to the European Education Area. All actions were taken with the thought that knowledge is not limited with borders and cultural spaces. Reducing waste of resource through maximum efficiency was at the heart of this project.
