The primary objectives of implementing this project were to represent our country and university in the best possible manner internationally, to carry out activities comprehensively and accurately, and to ensure smooth student and staff mobility. We aimed to utilise the entire grant allocated to our institution efficiently. In this regard, we aimed to increase the number of bilateral agreements, particularly by signing agreements for all departments within our university to send students from each department. We also planned to increase the number of countries and universities we have agreements with, thereby offering more alternatives to both our students and staff. We exceeded the projected numbers for both staff and student mobility, achieving greater participation. By the end of the project, we successfully completed it by effectively and efficiently utilising the entire grant allocated to us.
