The Student and Staff Mobility Project** aims to enhance Abdullah Gül University’s Internationalisation Strategy by enabling the mobility of university students and staff between Programme and EU countries. Abdullah Gül University’s Mobility Objectives: To provide students and staff with the opportunity to gain experience at internationally qualified higher education institutions, To allow them to acquire new knowledge, skills, and methods, To increase Abdullah Gül University’s international visibility, To create a diverse and multicultural campus environment with international students and staff, To offer incoming Erasmus students opportunities to learn knowledge, skills, methods, and culture through Abdullah Gül University’s qualified infrastructure, academic and administrative staff. Achievements through the Implementation of the Project: Students, researchers, and academics have been given the opportunity to experience different educational, social, and cultural environments, The institution’s cultural diversity and richness have increased, Alignment with European teaching and diploma standards has been ensured, The prestige of the institution has been strengthened, Multilingual graduates have been educated, Visibility in national and international rankings has increased, with higher performance scores, Curriculum enrichment has been achieved, The quality of teaching staff has been improved, The wide partnership network offered by the European Union has been utilised.
