In the contract numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000113316, 96.27% of the planned targets have been successfully achieved. However, since our consortium partners could not fully utilize their allocated grants and the staff who received inclusion support could not use the funds effectively, a refund of approximately 2,407 euros will be made. Despite this, a performance above the number of mobilities stated in the contract has been achieved. Although there is a refund, we believe that we have carried out a highly productive and successful project period together with our partners. This period has made significant contributions both to the internationalization efforts of our university and to the efforts of our partners to increase the number of mobilities. Due to the late announcement of our additional grant request, we transferred the student mobility grant to staff mobility in order to utilize the additional funds. Thus, we successfully completed the project period in harmony with our partners.
