Within the scope of the Higher Education KA131 Learning Mobility of Individuals Project, it was aimed to carry out student study, student internship, staff teaching, and staff training mobilities. Twenty-nine students benefited from the study and internship mobilities. Nine staff members benefited from teaching and training mobilities. Through this project, it was aimed that our students and staff gain international experience, become familiar with different cultures, learn new practices in their fields, develop academic cooperation, and access intercultural learning opportunities. The project also aimed to support the development of global competences, language skills, and intercultural awareness through study, internship, teaching, and training mobilities. It sought to strengthen our relationships with partner institutions in Europe and contribute to our university’s internationalization and modernization strategies. Special attention was given to increasing the participation of students with fewer opportunities, promoting environmentally friendly travel options, and integrating digital tools into the mobility process. In this way, the project aimed to create a more inclusive, innovative, and internationally connected academic environment at Maltepe University.
