The main objective of the project was to strengthen the international dimension of our university by creating meaningful opportunities for both students and staff to participate in mobility activities. Through this project, we aimed to enhance the academic, cultural, and professional development of participants by exposing them to different educational systems, work environments, and cultural settings. Our intention was to provide students with valuable international experience that would improve their academic knowledge, language proficiency, and intercultural understanding. At the same time, we sought to contribute to the professional growth of our staff by offering opportunities for training, teaching, and collaboration with colleagues abroad. By doing so, the project supported our institutional strategy to build sustainable partnerships, foster innovation in education, and improve the quality of teaching and learning. Ultimately, we aimed to create a long-term impact on our institution by increasing international cooperation, expanding our network of partner universities, and embedding internationalisation into the core values of our university.
