Erasmus+ mobility projects are considered to be one of the main pillars of internationalisation at BAIBU and lay the foundation for mutual relations and cooperation with the institutions in EU countries. The aim of this project was to enhance the academic qualifications, language skills, and intercultural awareness of our institution’s students and academic/administrative staff by enabling their participation in educational and collaborative activities across Europe. Additionally, the project sought to foster sustainable partnerships with European institutions in line with our university’s internationalization strategy. Within the scope of the 2023 project, the following mobility activities were successfully implemented: 40 students participated in study mobility, 36 students participated in internship mobility, 14 staff members participated in training mobility. Great effort was made to ensure the allocated budget was utilized fully and effectively. These activities not only contributed to the international visibility of our institution but also significantly supported the personal and professional development of the participants.
