The primary objective of the project was to foster learning and professional development opportunities for students and staff from Gebze Technical University, Sabancı University, and Boğaziçi University. By promoting internships and staff mobility, the project aimed to enhance participants’ skills, knowledge, and intercultural competencies. Collaboration with non-academic partners further strengthened the universities’ capacity to offer meaningful internship experiences, thereby reinforcing the linkage between academia and industry. Emphasizing practical engagement through internships and mobility programs, the project sought to broaden participants’ perspectives, support international collaboration, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge among the involved institutions.
