The main objective of our KA131 project was to strengthen the international dimension of our higher education institution through student and staff mobility. By implementing this project, we aimed to: Provide our students with the opportunity to gain academic knowledge and intercultural experience in European partner institutions, thereby improving their employability, language skills, and global perspectives. Support our academic and administrative staff in developing their professional competences, exchanging good practices, and building sustainable international collaborations. Enhance the quality of our education and research through the transfer of knowledge and methodologies acquired during mobilities. Increase institutional capacity by fostering long-term partnerships with European universities, contributing to the modernization and internationalization of our higher education system. Overall, we wanted to achieve an enriched educational environment where both students and staff could benefit from the values of international cooperation, inclusiveness, and academic excellence.
