The Erasmus+ project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000116978 aimed to implement individual learning mobility activities in line with our higher education institution’s internationalization strategies and to broaden the scope of our Erasmus+ mobilities. Within this project, our institution set as its primary objectives the realization of both student and staff mobilities, the strengthening of existing bilateral agreements, and the establishment of new agreements for each academic programme, followed by the implementation of mobility activities within those agreements. In addition, the project sought to ensure that the budget allocated to our institution would be used efficiently and in full compliance with programme rules. During the project period, mobilities were carried out in as many different European Union countries as possible in order to enhance our institution’s visibility and commitment within the European Higher Education Area and to increase the number of student and staff participants taking part in mobilities. In this way, the project aimed to increase our institution’s international visibility and to develop the academic, cultural, and professional competencies of our students as well as our academic and administrative staff.
