Our university, as in previous project periods, implemented the 2023 project with an experienced team of five full-time staff members. With the Institutional Coordinator serving as a full-time academic staff member, the increased personnel capacity enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of project management. The main objectives of the project were to ensure the full and efficient use of the allocated budget, to maximize the number of students and staff benefiting from mobility opportunities, and to improve the quality of participants’ experiences. To this end, regular meetings were held with the budget performance officer, potential risks were assessed in advance, and the necessary measures were taken to exceed the targets. In addition, information sessions organized across the university increased interest in the Erasmus program and ensured accurate guidance during the application process. Continuous support was provided to selected students and staff throughout the mobility period; thus, the project contributed not only to the personal and academic development of participants but also strengthened the university’s vision for internationalization.
