In accordance with the contract established with the Turkish National Agency, we successfully executed 22 activities during the 2023 period. Our initial grant of €35,550 was increased to €46,400, which facilitated the inclusion of additional participants in our student and staff mobility programs.We effectively managed the allocated budget, thereby enhancing our university’s international profile and establishing confidence in our program's administration. To promote transparency and efficiency, we implemented online systems for document preparation and inter-institutional agreements, leading to considerable savings in both time and resources.These activities were structured to allow participants to observe diverse educational systems, raise awareness of program priorities, enrich their academic and cultural perspectives, and contribute to innovation within our institution. Furthermore, we organized regular informational and orientation meetings to encourage greater participation and ensure optimal mobility outcomes.
