By implementing this project, Ardahan University aimed to strengthen its internationalisation strategy through high-quality student and staff mobilities. Our main objectives were to: Provide our students with the opportunity to gain intercultural competence, improve their language skills, and experience different teaching and learning environments in Europe. Support academic and administrative staff in enhancing their professional skills, exchanging best practices, and creating sustainable academic collaborations. Develop new partnerships and broaden existing ones, ensuring that a wider range of disciplines at Ardahan University could benefit from Erasmus+ mobility. Increase the visibility of Ardahan University at the European level, while contributing to our region’s integration into the European Higher Education Area. Promote inclusion and equal opportunities by encouraging participation of students with fewer opportunities. Ultimately, our goal was not only to facilitate mobilities but also to create long-term academic cooperation and contribute to the quality of higher education at Ardahan University.
