With this project, we aimed to strengthen the internationalization process of our university, enable our students and staff to experience different cultures, improve their foreign language skills, and enhance their academic and professional competences. We also aimed to increase the quality of higher education and to establish sustainable cooperation with higher education institutions in Europe.The project was implemented at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University between 01/06/2023 and 31/07/2025. The university’s strategic plan clearly defines internationalization goals, which include specific performance indicators related to student and staff mobility. This project has largely contributed to the achievement of these goals. A high level of participation in international mobility was achieved. Within the scope of this project, 19 students (15 for study mobility and 4 for traineeship mobility) and 15 staff members (10 for training mobility and 5 for teaching mobility) were selected to participate in the exchange program. The mobility activities were widely announced to all staff and students through various channels, including the university’s official website, social media, posters, and brochures. A total of 99.33 % of the budget was spent on the project, and fund transfers between budget categories were made when necessary. Overall, the expenditure rate is highly satisfactory.
