Through the Business-Economics-Management (BEM) Internship Consortium project, our partners and coordinator institution, AKÜ, aims to contribute to the career management plans of students studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences before and after graduation and to support them in developing skills to be successful after graduation. The consortium offered students and staff the opportunity to gain a vision for their personal competencies such as self-confidence and strong communication skills, as well as the experience and academic contribution. BEM Internship Consortium has adopted a transparent and fair approach in all processes. One of the aims of the project is to find better and more reliable internship places for students through the cooperation of partner institutions and to increase the diversity of internship institutions. Through this project, it is aimed for Turkish students to engage in cultural interaction in EU countries with the concept of "mobility", which is the basic philosophy of Erasmus. Within the scope of the BEM Internship Consortium 2023 project, a total of 8 internship activities, 16 staff training and 3 teaching activities were carried out in 10 countries. In total, 27 mobilities were carried out within the scope of the project.
