Objectives

Ozyegin University implemented the 2023 KA131 project to expand equitable, high-quality international learning opportunities for students and staff, while also strenthening strategic cooperation with European higher education institutions. The project’s objectives included: -Increasing participation and access for a diverse student body, including students with fewer opportunities, through targeted outreach, transparent selection processes, and extensive support services. -Enhancing academic quality and employability by providing exchange study periods and career-relevant traineeships that develop transversal skills, language proficiency, and intercultural competence. -Strengthening staff development through teaching and training mobility programs that promote knowledge exchange, and share good practices. -Advancing the horizontal priorities of Erasmus+ by accelerating the digitalisation of mobility management. This includes using Online Learning Agreements through the Erasmus Without Papers, promoting inclusion with top-ups and support, and raising awareness of sustainability in all communications and activities. -Forging partnerships with ECHE-accredited institutions to enhance long-term collaboration, establishing new exchange connections, and providing a more international classroom experience on our campus.
